SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us at Comfy Chaos! We are a small New Zealand-based business and appreciate your support. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship your pre-order items.

Pre-Order Shipping
All of our products are available on a pre-order basis, meaning your order will be processed and shipped as they are completed. We place orders twice a month: at the start and the middle of each month.  It may take up to 6 weeks for your items to arrive to you.

Processing Times
Once your pre-order has been placed, it can take up to 6 weeks for us to process the order and have it ready for shipment. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer standard shipping throughout New Zealand. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the progress of your order.

Delayed or Lost Packages
While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, shipping delays may occasionally occur. If you have concerns about your package or if it has not arrived after the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us at Comfy Chaos! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy below for all the details.

Pre-Order Items
As our products are sold on a pre-order basis, please be mindful that all sales are final. We work hard to ensure the accuracy of our product descriptions and sizes, so please carefully review all details before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange for a replacement product. To initiate a return, please email us at comfychaos23@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged/faulty item

  • A description of the issue

Incorrect Items
If we’ve sent you the wrong item by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you. We may ask you to return the incorrect item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges
We are unable to offer exchanges on pre-order items unless the item is damaged or faulty. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want, and we’ll assist you with returning the original item.

Return Shipping Costs
For non-damaged or non-faulty items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure that all returned items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds
If a return is accepted for a damaged or faulty item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds for other types of returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may not be possible due to our pre-order model.
